✔ Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

• Product does not match the specifications mentioned at the time of order

• Product is unused and in original packaging

• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Products modified or used after delivery are not eligible for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Custom-made hydraulic hose assemblies

• Cut-to-length hoses or special order products

• Used or installed products

• Products damaged due to improper handling or incorrect installation

• Discounted or clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)

🔄 Replacement or Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Product pickup or return shipment is arranged

• Quality inspection will be conducted at our facility

• Based on approval, you may receive:

  • Replacement product, OR

  • Refund to original payment method (within 7–14 working days)

If inspection fails, the product will be returned back to customer without refund.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

• If error is from our side (wrong item/damaged in transit): → We will bear the shipping charges

• If return request is customer-initiated (wrong selection, etc.): → Customer will bear the return shipping cost
